So I purchased a bank log from this verified store and it was a bank log with no logins and password and I happen to find out that while about cashing out the log the "Routing Number" here's proof was incomplete and I texted and made it known to 77stores and he told me he'll reach out to the seller and get back to me and it's more than 4 days now I haven't gotten any response from him. First his response to messages is slow and poor I'll give him a 1/5 on that and solving customers issues still 1/5 it's very poor. Untill my problem is solved and I get a replacement for what I want and requested for I'll rate this store a 2/10.
