Hello,
is card cloning still a thing or is it dead because of ARC?

card cloning is still alive but for a very few bins which you have to discover your self because most of them have region blocks already ,so you should know which bins do works in your area that can be cloned and success for you .

P.s cloned cards is real but cloned card sellers is not , so any one try to sell you a cloned cards he is 100% a scammer so take care .
