How to extract IMSI and KI OTA from sim cards

Hello i need help hacking a coin base account but for that i need to clone a coin base account owner sim card so that i could reset password on gmail since most 2fa on coinbase accounts are done through gmail need to aquire knowledge on how to extract IMSI and KI OTA (Over the air ) thanks in advance .
