Is there really a hacker capable of hacking a WhatsApp?

The question seems absurd, but I've actually seen that no one is capable of hacking a WhatsApp with F2A security. I see many false promises. I always pay in advance, or because you pay 50% in advance and the rest when finished. This common practice is a scam because they increasingly need more money for software and nonsense.
My question is, isn't there someone capable of doing this? Because if there really is, there are plenty of people tarnishing the name of HACKER.

It's easy but probably uncommonly found on the clearnet or darknet most times, due to the hacker culture most people do not grasp the concept of information sharing or open source, that being said, if you are looking for 0days or private methods and guides I can sell you some, via escrow you stand to gain full confidence on making your purchases, unless you do not grasp the concept of the mechanism or doubt the forum administration, which might hinder me from conducting a trade with you, I am open to negotiating on prices to enable you attain your goals.

What's there to summarize?, the term anonymous only sounds lame when it makes the news. Yes escrow or what other guarantee can you propose?. On a ripper forums escrow services could pass for a man in the middle attack by the way, if you catch my drift, in regards to the saying of OP and tarnishing the name of hackers.
