Looking for a serious well experienced hacker

Hello there, I met a guy a couple of months ago. He used to work with russian zeroday gangs. Somehow he managed to gain access to a govt site of australia. But now I lost his contact. most probably he moved to russia. So, I'm saying, the website is still vulnerable. and if someone hacked it before, it can still be hacked. I can pay 1000 usd a day if anyone gets it's access. I need to input data there which will show up when someone searches it. anyone interested, contact me on tg @anonspyder. Scammers stay away, I ain't paying without a solid proof. Thank you
