You will need to get a “Burner SIM Card” that you can buy anywhere or contact me if you don't know how.
Set up a real Paypal account with that “burner sim” using a prepaid Credit Card to get verified account status, the reason you have to use Prepaid CC is to verify your PayPal Account.
Once that is done then you will use the same “Burner Sim” to register yourself with “LiqPay” (yes LiqPay is a Ukrainian bank) From your PayPal account create a “donation button”, this is really easy to do, then using the CC’s you just added deposit some money using the donation button.
It's best to start with a small amount, under $50 per card.
Next step is to buy bitcoins using PayPal with the card by liqpay and then transfer your money to your BTC address.
Here is your checklist. It's easier then it looks:
1. Get a Burner SIM card
2. Set up and verify a Paypal account
3. Register yourself on liqpay.ua
4. Create a donation button on PayPal
5. Deposit a small amount (under $50)
6. Buy bitcoins using the PayPal card by LiqPay
7. Now send money to your own BTC address
**METHOD MOBILE CASH-OUT:
For this method, you will need several “Burner SIM Cards” so make sure you have them ready.
1. Insert the “Burner SIM” on your phone.
2. Add a small amount to the balance of your SIM card using the CC
3. Subscribe to a wallet on blockchain.info (Must use Tor browser for safety)
4. Now make an instant deposit by phone: Select your Country > Select the amount > Select Payphone way > Call and now you wait.
Done! You now have your BTC in your wallet, you can easily transfer to the address of your choice.
PRO tip: German Sim cards are best fr this methods. If you don't have someone who can get them for you, I can help
***METHOD POKER CASH-OUT:
VPN & SOCKS5 are necessary for this method. DO NOT attempt it without them. Patience and discretion are how we survive. Do not get careless!

When your VPN and SOCKS5 are operational, we can get started with our last method:
1. Register on a site where you can play poker with real money for example

2. Create “2 accounts”, one of the accounts will be yours (to cash-out) while the other will be created with the CC owner information.
3. You have to click on the “Play with Real Money” button and start playing.
4. Click on the “All-In” Button with your CC holder Account, and with your Real (cash-out) Account too.
5. You will have to stake all the money you got from the CC in your (sender) account while you stake your $15 – $20 in your 2nd (recipient) account.
6. Make the first account (CC holder account) loose thereby forfeiting the money to your real (Recipient) account.
7. When you are done, click on cash-out and the money will be credited to your bank through your credit or debit card.
