Need Advice On Cashing Out Invoice Software

So i got access to a construction companys invoice software in mexico. I can edit the bank it has on file for their customers some of which are over 100k usd (payments over time). Is there anyway I can cashout off of this and remain lowkey? Its in MXN. Thanks for any advice. Im also open to selling if anyone is interested but mainly looking for guidance.
