Need to obtain or create the appearance of ~$70,000,000

So I've found myself in a position that will require ~$70,000,000 to get me out of. I don't need the money to exist forever, but it needs to appear to exist for at least a week or two and allow for a payment with a cashier's check. I'm aware that this is task is likely impossible, but I'm open to any ideas that might get me there. It also doesn't matter if I am suspected or implicated after the 1-2 weeks. If you were in this situation, what would you do?
