Tips to access CashApp while having Vic's full info?

I can not seem to figure it out... outside of social engineering im lost. I have access to all emails, dob,social, all personal details. I am trying to access cash app. Have to obtain either the pin, card or cash app account #. I've tried all sorts of methods. Accessing 1000s of photos and screenshots, accessing other websites to gain different info to help, google pay has the card saved but I don't think I can get far enough to do a tap to pay read, it keeps asking for me to enter the cvc. What other methods could I try? Are there any cash app vulnerabilities out there?
