Website / FB Takedown?

I'm not looking to make money here. I'm looking for action against a business which has done some terrible things (up to and including encouraging suicide). Going through the regular channels hasn't worked, so I'm turning to people here for info.

I'm looking for anything I can do to take down a small website, and hopefully mass report a FB account or two. These are the individual's business sites where they make their money and find others who do the same. Email flooding has already been achieved, but it's not enough to stop them.

I don't know how much it would take to hire someone for something like this, but I don't have much in the first place. Would be better if it's something that can be explained to me like I'm five, as I'm barely tech-savvy enough to get here in the first place. If there's a place where I can just share the information and let people do as they like with it, that seems like a good place to start, perhaps.

EDIT: through the power of the internet, I have absolutely ALL the info on this person and their business. It's easy to find when they want to be found.
