you can find here and can use escrow for better deal
but on darkweb most are scammer who will take your money on the name of hacking even thay don't know the much basic of it's so they also don't provide the delivery method or deal structure they will ask payment and then other things

Nice advise @Ninja2 . The 99% of "hackers" in clearnet and darknet are scammers fr. In fact, the whole Hidden Wiki is infested with scammers of hacking, transfers, cards, crypto, etc. Also, those people who say "I'll hack Gmail / social media / PC, etc. for $100 USD in 1 hour" are totally fraudulent and have no idea what's really behind all the real work.

the hidden wiki is just a page built by scammers.
here I got scammed by them short period ago.
