Have you ever wondered why we believe in God or some supreme power? In my opinion, the truth is that there is no God, no supreme power sitting above us. But still, this belief is necessary. Because humans don’t want to feel alone in the toughest times of their lives. When nothing seems to be in control, this belief gives us emotional support, a feeling that “someone is there” standing by our side.

And not just God, even the concept of karma exists for the same reason. To be honest, karma is nothing either. It’s just a psychological trick created by humans so that people fear doing wrong. The idea of “what goes around, comes around” became popular just to make people believe that every bad action has consequences. In reality, nothing like that happens. But humans feel that if this concept didn’t exist, the world would be full of chaos.

All these things—God, karma, heaven, hell—were created by humans. And they themselves started believing in them. Why? Because every species, including humans, wants to stretch its survival for as long as possible. For early humans, this was a kind of survival instinct that helped them maintain moral values and order.

But the truth is, none of this is real. It has been said so many times, repeated so often, that now it feels like the truth. But in reality, it’s all just an illusion—a story that humans created for their own convenience. And maybe, without this story, we would never have been as civilized as we are today.

the easy answer is yes. why? well..is simple..there is NO way that everything around you is engineered / evolution so perfectly. there must be something higher than us which we cannot comprehend with our chemical brains. you can take 3 LIVING random things such as : trees, flea, Andromeda galaxy. Yes, galaxies are alive brother and we live in one! Now take the 3 of them and dissect them. Is mind blowing! no way only evolution did this.

I like hearing opinions about these kinds of things, it gives me many points of views on how people think, and I actually agree with you

Explaining why humans believe in God does not prove God is fake.
People feel hunger for a reason because food exists. People seek meaning, justice, and purpose too — maybe those feelings also point toward something real.
Science explains how many things work, but not necessarily why we exist or why consciousness, morality, and the universe itself exist at all.
Also, if morality is only a human invention, then good and evil become subjective. Yet almost every human naturally recognizes justice, love, mercy, and truth as meaningful.
Belief in God is not just emotional support for billions of people. Many intelligent philosophers, scientists, and thinkers throughout history believed in a Creator after deep reflection.

And honestly, if humans created God only for comfort, then why do true religions often demand sacrifice, discipline, patience, charity, self-control, and accountability instead of just pleasure and convenience? A made-up belief designed only for comfort would tell people to follow every desire — not control them.
The universe runs with incredible order, precision, and laws that even science depends on. Laws usually point toward a lawgiver. Creation pointing toward a Creator is not irrational — it is one of the oldest and most reasonable conclusions humanity has reached.
You may not believe in God, and that is your choice. But saying “God definitely does not exist” is also a belief — not a proven fact
