so recently what i did was purchase something from amzn but with a fake account and a random indian address it cancelled multiple times saying could not verify card details as i was using free cc with low bal but one worked but was asking for code verification.

exactly what i asked here but they said it is very very risky to buy gift cards.

that's what I said. You also need to hack the card owner's phone in order to get otp(one-time-password).
