Hello DNA community,
today I’m bringing you a leak of my own. It is the database I managed to extract from the Bolivian Road Administration (ABC).
This is a massive compilation of over 9,000 official reports (Form F-0218) documenting incidents, technical expertises, and the status of national routes. The data includes records from 2017 up to projected entries for 2026.
The PDF documents are detailed internal reports containing critical intelligence on Bolivian road infrastructure:
Identification and Control: Each report includes a unique registration code and
the corresponding form number.
Precision Geolocation: Exact Latitude and Longitude coordinates, along with the specific progressive (kilometer marker) on the highway.
Vehicle Identification: Detailed information regarding license plates for trucks, trailers, and private vehicles.
Field Expertise: Evaluations of road geometry (open or closed curves), terrain type, and surface conditions.
Technical Causes: Determination of faults by experts, such as lack of driving skill or excessive speed.
Visual Evidence: Real photographs of the incidents, technical diagrams of the location, and the status of vertical and horizontal signaling.
Section esponsibles: Names and positions of the supervisory staff and road engineers who validate each official report.
