Hello DNA, everybody! Today I'm here with a juicy leak from the Instituto Registral y Catastral del Estado de Puebla (IRCEP). I've managed to get my hands on more than 11,000 documents, mostly "expedientes" and "folios" from thousands of citizen
Just so you can have a quick insight into what's inside, there are different legal papers ranging from contracts with personal identifiable information (PII) like scanned IDs to payment receipts and registries detailing things like the owner of a property, their predial account number, address, and the dimensions of the place.
The documents' dates range from 2018 to 2025. I'll be releasing half of them here. If you want to get a quotation for the rest, you already know where to reach out to me. Remember, most of these can easily be used for multiple malicious purposes, you just have to find a way to do it. (I've already thought of several methods, and believe me, they are highly useful).
