this EVM cheap writer so you can use any blank or unfuzed card to write data on him its depend on your IST + you track 2 dump

Can I whip up some track1/track2 digits without the PIN?
Is every BIN different for makin' these track numbers, like, is there a shot that if I peep the BIN and all that jazz 'cept for the social and PIN of my homie, can I still cook up my own track numbers? thanks :)

without PIN you can't be successful you need have a pin based on your cc dump track 2, track 1 is not working in cloning.
