Advice? I want to ruin/be a giant burden on someones life

I got about 10k USD stolen from me by a 50 year old man 6 years ago, I was around 15 at the time and the man is a avid firearm owner so I never retaliated and later moved away and of course the pigs never helped, this man continues to scam younger naive people today,I only know basic personal details like close family, vehicles, job, some contact information, and his home, I would really love to do some major damage to his life but I just don't know where and how to start, I'd love some advice and guidance
